Very good overall, he trusted us completely right from the beginning and was very open to give us access in his systems to see how we can improve.
Also, our offer was maybe a bit pricier than what he expected, but was very diplomatic in how he approach the topic.
Lastly, he completed a testimonial for us where he was very balanced in terms of what went well / not so well in our collaboration.

I don’t often write reviews; however my experience of I buying two flats with the help of Secrea and Billy has been so outstanding, smooth and professional; I just had thank them publicly. You guys are so amazing, kind and helpful; from the first second of meeting Secrea, she was just so warm, pleasant, kind and professional. Throught the difficult purchasing phase, dealing with solicitors and so on; Billy was really on top of things, very helpful, polite and professional.
When things go smooth, you don’t really have much to do with either the agent or solicitors; its only when things get unexpectedly complicated and challenging, you appreciate the fact that you are dealing with genuinely kind and helpful people.
I will be continuing to work with them with renting of the flats.

Unprofessional and Unethical. We got a flat from Lixing and were asked to leave the flat after 6 months of stay, as they were expecting unacceptable rent increase in middle of contract. Flat 28 Dundee Wharf, owner Raj, and Lixing were totally Unethical and not trustworthy. We paid for crazy energy bill in winter and were asked to move in summer when bills were less. Do not trust unprofessional Lixing, specially for flat 28 Dundee Wharf

This was by far the best experience I've had with an agency (and I have moved a lot).
Patient, honest and kind people, who aren't just looking out for the interest of the landlord - they protect you as a tenant. Quick communication and very organised. The whole experience was smooth and for the first time I felt like I could trust my letting agency (not an exaggeration).
I have moved out of London for the time being but were I ever to move back, I would rent with Lixing again. I wouldn't want to deal with other 'shady' agencies anymore.

I feel extremely fortunate that I came across Lixing and then decided to choose Lixing. With Lixing you can trust for their service and support, because they are so professional, thoughtful, and meticulous. They think for you, the customer. Though my wife and I were so preoccupied by our own jobs and had almost no time at all on our flat, Lixing provided all-round end-to-end support so the complicated process for us (from the completion, check-in, furnishing to the tenant moving in, etc etc.) became 100% worry free.

As a first time home buyer in London I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Billy. The property I bought was a new build contract reassignment and was purchased during the time of the pandemic (late 2020 to mid 2021) when there was a tight timeline due to the stamp duty land tax cut. Billy was very co-operative, friendly, hard working and sincere and acted as a liaison between the original buyer, the developer and me. While the development itself was delayed by a few months, the contract exchange process itself went smoothly and we were still able to partially take advantage of the stamp duty cuts. I would recommend Billy and Lixing without a doubt and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Have dealt with a number of agents in London and Rob are just the best agent I’ve ever used in London.... You cant imagine how responsive and helpful an agent can be before you get help from Rob. He is so hardworking and make sure all the inquiries and problems are dealt in the quickest time possible.
There was a time where it looked like my deal was falling but Rob tried his very very best to get things agreed on both sides and eventually a deal was agreed on. I was so happy and couldnt believe it was happening.
If I ever wanted to sell/buy/rent/let again, Rob will just be my first choice. I have also recommended him to many of my friends as I am sure his professionalism and invaluable knowledge will be super helpful for anyone who need some guidance on the property market.

I would highly recommend Robert and Dennis. I’d been listing my flat in the market for 3 months with another agency (who didn’t bring any interest to us) before I got in touch with Robert. Throughout the process his input about the real estate market was invaluable, he was also knowledgeable, responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. Soon he brought more and more enquiries and viewings to our flat, and managed to secure a deal at a price both buyer and us were happy. Unfortunately we decided to not sell our flat due to our personal changes, but Robert remained very understanding and patient through all the time, which we appreciated very much.
