Being a first time buyer I didnt know a lot about the process, Lauren at Aston Rowe was great and very patient at walking me through things step by step. Lauren took the time to understand my needs and found me the perfect flat very quickly. I had to switch agents mid process due to covid and furlough but Harry made it a smooth transition and helped me through the rest of the process. Harry kept me informed and since the sale has gone through has been very prompt in helping me deal with snagging issues as it's a new built. I would highly recommend Aston Rowe to anyone.... While my experience with Aston Rowe wasn't perfect, they were fantastic (specifically Josh) at handling a difficult situation. We made an offer on a studio in Shepherd's Bush, to move at the end of October. Referencing took almost a week, but they were really easy to contact throughout the whole process. They let us know we'd passed a week before we moved but mentioned that the landlord was querying some small things and the lettings manager (Josh) was going through them with her and it would be fine. In the afternoon, two days before we moved Josh called and told me the landlord wouldn't rent to us. We wouldn't have had anywhere to go as our current agent had already found a new tenant. He was extremely apologetic, offered to pass on our completed referencing report to any other agent and began searching for another property for us.That same afternoon, he found one and got us a viewing the next morning, arranged pick up of the keys, negotiated rent and generally liaised with the landlord to arrange it for us and we moved in the day after. It was honestly so amazing, considering they could have left us effectively homeless. We actually ended in a much nicer studio than we were originally looking at. They had our original holding deposit refunded within a week as well. SO, you're definitely in safe hands even if it all goes wrong!... Read more

Great agency, fast and reliable. We just arrived to London a few weeks ago trying to find a suitable place to call our next home. Saying that it was a stressful period is an understatement. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman called Cameron who helped us setup a profile with Aston Rowe, listened to our wishes and requirements and started to search for our perfect flat straight away. My husband and I are both newlyweds and it was our first time renting a property together. Josh Lewis who helped us find the house was very helpful during our search. He also gave us some great advice, and was very accommodating, going out of his way to make sure we could all view the house around our work schedules. 5 stars The agency: great at keeping me update with houses as soon as they came on the market. However they were not good at keeping us updated on what we needed to do to ensure we could move in on the agreed date. I had to keep ringing and we still didn't know if we could move in on the day of the move, it seemed that one person was not to make sure things were moving along and keeping us updating, just whoever was on the other end of the phone when I asked. From the first time I had phoned them, they were very pleasant, meeting my letting inquiries and giving me quick feedback, including timely emails and calls when an available flat showed up on the market. They are not a big sales / letting agency, but that is exactly what I wanted since my past experience in renting had been better with smaller to medium agencies compared to a large one. Finding a home in London isn't easy - and some agents seem inclined to make if even worse. However, after some rather unpleasant experiences, it was great to work with Aston Rowe - and particularly with Hollie Stinson. She is one of those all too rare agents who actually listen to what you are explaining: After I told her, what I am looking for, she showed me several really nice places which all fitted precisely to my criteria. All the time she was very patient and unobtrusive; at no time I felt pushed into signing a contract before I made up my mind. She took much time to answer all of my many questions. So if you are moving to London, Aston Rowe is definitely a good choice for an agency (and I really recommend to ask for Hollie!).... Read more
