Being a first time buyer I didnt know a lot about the process, Lauren at Aston Rowe was great and very patient at walking me through things step by step. Lauren took the time to understand my needs and found me the perfect flat very quickly. I had to switch agents mid process due to covid and furlough but Harry made it a smooth transition and helped me through the rest of the process. Harry kept me informed and since the sale has gone through has been very prompt in helping me deal with snagging issues as it's a new built.
I would highly recommend Aston Rowe to anyone.

While my experience with Aston Rowe wasn't perfect, they were fantastic (specifically Josh) at handling a difficult situation. We made an offer on a studio in Shepherd's Bush, to move at the end of October. Referencing took almost a week, but they were really easy to contact throughout the whole process. They let us know we'd passed a week before we moved but mentioned that the landlord was querying some small things and the lettings manager (Josh) was going through them with her and it would be fine. In the afternoon, two days before we moved Josh called and told me the landlord wouldn't rent to us. We wouldn't have had anywhere to go as our current agent had already found a new tenant. He was extremely apologetic, offered to pass on our completed referencing report to any other agent and began searching for another property for us.That same afternoon, he found one and got us a viewing the next morning, arranged pick up of the keys, negotiated rent and generally liaised with the landlord to arrange it for us and we moved in the day after. It was honestly so amazing, considering they could have left us effectively homeless. We actually ended in a much nicer studio than we were originally looking at. They had our original holding deposit refunded within a week as well. SO, you're definitely in safe hands even if it all goes wrong!

Great agency, fast and reliable.
We just arrived to London a few weeks ago trying to find a suitable place to call our next home. Saying that it was a stressful period is an understatement. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman called Cameron who helped us setup a profile with Aston Rowe, listened to our wishes and requirements and started to search for our perfect flat straight away. His determination, patience and care was really what made difference and made our flat search less stressful. He was always there to explain everything we asked about and also made sure we have everything set up once we decided to rent a flat. I’m in sales so I understand customer care and he passed with flying colors!

In the beginning I got great unbiased encouragement from James Halsey to go ahead with the chosen flat since my unique circumstances made the situation much harder for me. It proved to be a great choice, I found and let the place which suiting my needs and is really nice.
