Having met with 3 agents which covered the Poets Corner area to sell our house, it was clear that Aston Rowe were a step up from the others.
Harry (and team) have an excellent understanding of the market - with good knowledge of every house/flat in the area. Harry is also very well connected within the W3 community.
I have experience of agents tapping out once the sale was in solicitors hands, but Aston Rowe kept pressure on the solicitors for a swift exchange.
This is the second property they have sold for us in Poets Corner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They found a buyer quickly, coped with a delay in viewings as we got our own survey and did some work, and managed the sale. I think there were some gaps in the knowledge of the conveyancing process but they were always helpful and clear.

Aston Rowe are so local to Acton that they seem to know every house and sale that has gone on in the area for years. Our sale and purchase were particularly long drawn out and stressful, but Harry managed to convince our buyers who had been gazumped by cash buyers (who then changed their minds) to come back to us after they'd made an offer on another property up the road. Hassan pulled the chain together and kept chasing until success was achieved - they really earned their money.

I can't recommend Harry and his team at Aston Rowe more highly. They definitely overturned any pre-conception people have about estate agents, being slick and ruthless.
They made the process of selling my family home of 42 years, and finding a smaller one as pain-free as it could be. Harry was recommended to me by a friend who had sold her house with him. After having dealt unsuccessfully with a few other local Estate Agents I had a great experience with Aston Rowe. They gave a realistic valuation, arranged an astonishing amount of viewings and really pushed for a sale at a very difficult time for the property market.
The whole team seem sound but I dealt mainly with Harry and Hassan who are both extremely good at their jobs. I never had to chase them for anything and was kept fully informed all the time. Both are frank and honest and have extremely good senses of humour. It all helps when you are dealing with someone day in and day out in a high pressure situation. I fully recommend them.

Aston Rowe is friendly and professional from start to finish. As a smaller independent, their service is personal and they have excellent knowledge of the local area and property market. And while they certainly get the viewings in, the operation feels less pushy and more tailored than some of their high street rivals - there's no sense of target driven sales or box ticking to satisfy shareholders. The team is a delight to deal with and I have always found Harry approachable and someone who wants to make things 'right' for both purchaser and vendor. I cannot recommend Aston Rowe highly enough.

Would strongly recommend Aston Rowe – Carl did a great job when we were buying a property through them in Acton. From the original viewing, through to hand-holding the sale process, through to completion, Carl was professional, responsive, proactive, and friendly. He coordinated and organised to ensure the sale was completed to tight deadlines, and we would not have completed this transaction in time without his help. This was in the face of some exceptionally challenging lawyers on the other side, where Carl kept the pressure up, working between us and the vendor, and keeping us posted on latest progress throughout. We were impressed at the helpfulness when technically the seller is his client, not us. Estate agents generally don’t always have the best reputation but couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Joseph Smith was incredibly helpful in arranging a viewing as quick as possible for us and from then onwards was constantly in communication with us to help with putting in an offer and giving us regular updates of the situation.
Once sorted, he and his colleague Cameron Krüger were great in helping us with any contractual questions we had and in getting all the paperwork sorted within a couple of days.
Unlike with some other agencies we previously experienced... Aston Rowe were quick with responses and very friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new property to rent!

My husband and I recently moved into a new flat with Aston Rowe. There were some ups & downs but overall we are in love with our new place and wouldn't have done it any differently. Our agent was Rebecca and she was absolutely amazing. We always felt like a team, as if she was as invested as us to find our new home. Genuinely just the loveliest person. However, by no fault of Rebecca, it felt like pulling teeth to get answers about our lease (this is done in a different department). We ended up not signing any documents until the night before our proposed move in date, which lead to having no contact with our new landlord until we were moved in, which it would've made a world of difference to get certain questions answered by the landlord before then. All in all though, Aston Rowe definitely had the most beautiful properties out of every agency we worked with and gave us a home we can't imagine living without.

Offering a very fair and professional service that is 100% linked to current trends, with James Bailey at the helm, there is a real drive amongst all the team to find the right tenants for the properties in their charge.

When a certain much larger competitor vanished without trace during the Covid-19 pandemic, Aston Rowe were still able to provide their clients with a much-needed service.
Whilst luck no-doubt also played a part Aston Rowe were there and able to seize the day, finding me a tenant in less than a week while others floundered and flanneled.
Furthermore, I didn't feel there was any attempt to exploit their advantage and I received an efficient and thoughtful service.

From the moment we spoke on the phone when I enquired, I was instantly impressed with his professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly down to earth manor. It was clear he wanted to do everything he could to help me get the flat that I was looking to rent, and I truly felt that I had Luke on my team, especially as I was in a situation where several other people were also wanting the flat. Through constant communication with me, and excellent negotiation with the landlord, Luke secured the flat for me within the day. Aston Rowe is a great agency, they have been nothing but helpful and attentive to my high maintenance needs. Hollie listened and contacted me each time she'd find something that would meet my expectations. She's always been friendly and responsive and looked out for me and my demands.

Found the perfect flat through Josh, who has been most efficient, proactive and helpful. I explained what I was after and was shown the perfect property after only a couple of viewings. Everything else has been completely hassle- and stress-free. I'd return to Aston Rowe and strongly recommend them.

Finding a home in London isn't easy - and some agents seem inclined to make if even worse. However, after some rather unpleasant experiences, it was great to work with Aston Rowe - and particularly with Hollie Stinson. She is one of those all too rare agents who actually listen to what you are explaining: After I told her, what I am looking for, she showed me several really nice places which all fitted precisely to my criteria. All the time she was very patient and unobtrusive; at no time I felt pushed into signing a contract before I made up my mind. She took much time to answer all of my many questions. So if you are moving to London, Aston Rowe is definitely a good choice for an agency (and I really recommend to ask for Hollie!).

I have used Aston Rowe for several years now and am very happy with their service. The rental team are very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable and i have built up a very good relationship with them over the years.
Georgiana is great to work with, she always responds quickly and i can totally rely on her for a smooth transition of new tenants.
The whole team at Aston Rowe make being a landlord very easy and straightforward and i highly recommend them.

Let a place through Hollie, who so very kindly drove me around in the rain looking at houses on afternoon. She found me a great range of properties to look at and was an excellent agent to work with. We let our new home with no hassles from Aston Rowe and are now very happy. Would recommend Hollie to anyone looking for a new home

Had a great experience with Katie, she showed me around so many lovely properties that matched my requirements and threw in a few wildcards that I loved more than the properties I wanted to see originally!
Her approach is like a breath of fresh air compared to the usual pushy agents I have encountered previously, she is really lovely, down to earth and professional. After the viewings she checked in with me, but again was not bombarding my phone with daily calls like other agencies often do. So if you are looking for a helpful agent, that listens to you, has great knowledge of the market and isn't going to pressure you then Katie is for you!
