Having met with 3 agents which covered the Poets Corner area to sell our house, it was clear that Aston Rowe were a step up from the others. Harry (and team) have an excellent understanding of the market - with good knowledge of every house/flat in the area. Harry is also very well connected within the W3 community. I have experience of agents tapping out once the sale was in solicitors hands, but Aston Rowe kept pressure on the solicitors for a swift exchange. This is the second property they have sold for us in Poets Corner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.... Read more

I have used several estate agents over the years and Aston Rowe have genuinely been the best by far. Very professional, they rang when they said they would , they emailed when they said they would... That should be a standard thing but I haven't found this with other places. There was no blagging; just professionalism. The team were great to deal with, and really would heartily recommend them. They found a buyer quickly, coped with a delay in viewings as we got our own survey and did some work, and managed the sale. I think there were some gaps in the knowledge of the conveyancing process but they were always helpful and clear.... Read more

Fantastic, five star service from Carl, Jack and Harry (and the rest of the team). Our house sale could not have gone easier. I'll be honest, I was dreading the whole experience. But Aston Rowe were there for us throughout. From being spot on about what our house was worth in a very tricky market, to how best to market it (to exactly the people most likely to buy it) and to finding us a great buyer.
