Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience working with Athena for the purchase of my property in Paris. In the end, I had to pay to hire a new management company to help handle the completion of the property because Athena was unresponsive and completely left me on my own after they had gotten paid and the sale was done, even though the handover had not been done. Mathilde, the woman managing my account, went on maternity leave without informing me so I had no news of anything, and then I found out Athena never sent the electric plans to the developer so the timing was extended even more because of their error. Thankfully, my new management company was able to finish everything Athena couldn't, though I am disappointed I had to pay an additional fee for a service Athena was supposed to properly manage. I would not recommend working with them and my next property purchase will certainly not be with Athena.... Read more
