The same for Luke who handled the last operations. They don't promise the sky and they get your property sold in record time and at a just price. Luke Quinn Sales negotiator at Jo Webster Properties, sold my Kensington flat in July 2022 [Completion August 2022]. To his credit, he was completely un-phased when I told him at our first meeting that he was 'too young' to take on the sale and did not have enough experience of the development, [he had joined Jo Webster Properties] in March 2022. As it turned out, Luke bought in 'the deal of a lifetime' - a brilliant buyer who paid Asking Price. Throughout the negotiation, Luke was unfailingly courteous, always contactable; and knew just when to step in. More important, he managed to walk that careful line between keeping the Buyer onside, and the Seller happy, without antagonising either of us. That's difficult to do in my experience. I was also impressed by Luke's professionalism : he was conscious that this was business, was very focused and once I had got over my shock at his youth, [to be fair he looks younger than he is]; I found myself turning to him for guidance. All in all: careful, thorough, conscientious and good to work with. I should also add that Luke had several other 'nearly buyers' for my flat so I know that he is good at targeting clients and identifying properties to match their needs. Would I work with him again?
