I had the pleasure of dealing with Simon Stone, who pulled out every stop to ensure the sale of my house in Lane End went as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Simon and Chris are a credit to the Estate Agency sector.
Simon has a genuine desire to give a fantastic service, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions along the way.

When searching for an Estate Agent to sell our property I requested quite a few to give us a valuation. All of them were quick to look round, give an estimate, their card and promise to sell it without any real passion and then leaving after 10mins of walking in the door.
Simon however, wanted to sit down, have a chat, understand our situation, reason for selling, get to know us and ultimately understand what we required before being shown around. He was extremely attentive and professional and remained so throughout the whole process. He was open and honest and achieved the price we wanted by putting the hard work in for us. He knew our property inside out which I think goes a long way when showing potential buyers around, I didn't atall doubt that he couldn't sell our property and make it attractive to any buyer. Which I am very grateful for.
I could not recommend Barker Stone more highly. Their fees are slightly more but the service and the presentation of our property was second to none and worth every single penny.

Barker Stone offered to market our property after many months of little interest generated by a well-known online estate agency. For a fraction of the fees proposed by other high street agencies, Barker Stone immediately generated lots of interest & many quality viewings. The whole process was professionally & tirelessly handled from start to finish, with an eventual sale well into seven figures. Highly recommended.

I would recommend anyone who needs an estate agent to use Barker Stone. Simon achieved what seemed the impossible by selling our house that had been on the market for almost a year with another estate agent. He handled our complicated situation with professionalism and integrity. He always ensured we were kept up to date with any developments and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We bought a property through Barker Stone and Simons help throughout the process was beneficial to us.
He gave us some good ideas around what we could do to the property to update and add value as it needed a little work, but all feasible and affordable.
He communicated effectively between us and the vendor and was patient and respectful with us selling our property down the chain with another agent. We would consider using Barker Stone in future when we come to sell in future.

After trying to sell for nine months with out success, trying 3 of the " big boys" on your high street, we went with Barker Stone.
Eleven days after going live Simon had found us a buyer.
It was a very complicated chain but his professional, dedicated, persistent approach got the job done.
Amazing please do not hesitate in using Barker Stone for your property transactions.

Choosing Simon from Barker and Stone was the best decision I could have made when I decided to sell my home and I would recommend anyone buying or selling a property to contact him. He not only sold my property in the village but two others and is currently marketing a third, Simon constantly kept me informed and as a first time seller in this country he was so helpful and made sure I understood every aspect of selling a property.

My wife and I have been very impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of Simon Stone. We live in the USA and wanted to buy a flat in Marlow as a holiday home. Simon worked to find us a flat within budget and shepherded us through the "UK" process. You can imagine that the process is very different from that in America where the sellers and buyers have separate estate agents. Simon proved to fairly represent both parties and was able to clear away some obstacles to the successful agreement of sale. We highly recommend them.
