24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

25th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)Andrew Milsom and Partners made the whole process so simple and they handled everything for us as we live so far away. The house went on the market on Friday and was sold the following Thursday. I can not praise them too much, especially Gemma who was excellent

17th Nov 2024 (18 days ago)Sue in lettings has provided an excellent and professional service from viewing to after moving in. She has gone above and beyond throughout the process. She has been very quick at responding to emails and helping to resolve any issues. So far really great experience after a not so great experience in my last rental with a different company. I can not fault Tim Russ & Co so far. I would highly recommend Tim Russ & Co and Sue for renting.
