Our purchase fell through,and we were left with only a few days before completion ,to find somewhere to live.

Some simply didn't want to deal with me (Retired seems not to fit with the finance spreadsheet) but Savills worked with us to get through the vetting process and were always on hand for another viewing.

Sophie responded quickly to my queries and communicated with all parties to bring the sale to a conclusion. There was always someone at the office to relay messages etc.
A comment on Savills policy of "no paper" :
I would have liked a brochure or at least a printout which I could refer to easily, and make notes on. The link was cumbersome and didn't always work. Savills policy of not having brochures or even flyers, isn't helpful for buyers when looking at many houses from many agents over several weeks.
