Shocking letting agents!
They agreed to look at a small gutter leak in April this year. Contractors working for Barnsdales replaced the entire guttering for some reason to my business property and the situation is now much worse with substantial leaking from 2 areas. This has been going since May 2021, and Barnsdales have abdicated responsibility and are not interested in the substantial leaks that are now causing an environmental hazard.
Almost all the emails I have sent to them are unactioned.
They don't care!
Please avoid them at all costs!

We recently used Barnsdales to find a new rental property in the area. They were helpful and understanding throughout, very professional, and we recommend them to local renters.

Shared parking means little for clients, although this is their main administration office. Staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of their product (Property Management and Sales).
