Shocking letting agents! They agreed to look at a small gutter leak in April this year. Contractors working for Barnsdales replaced the entire guttering for some reason to my business property and the situation is now much worse with substantial leaking from 2 areas. This has been going since May 2021, and Barnsdales have abdicated responsibility and are not interested in the substantial leaks that are now causing an environmental hazard. Almost all the emails I have sent to them are unactioned. They don't care! Please avoid them at all costs!... Read more
