I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. My daughter is currently renting a property from these people, I wouldn't recommend. When she moved in she found a cannabis farm in the loft that she reported to South Yorkshire police the day she moved in, when the agency came to remove it she left half of the stuff from loft on front garden. Then they put cooker on back garden from pervious tenants that they still haven't moved and have refused to move, they are living in a house that is filled with black mould and the house is falling apart. When my daughter reported all this to landlord he said he'd sort it but never does... Bathroom used to be a shower room and they have just chucked a bath over it which made the bath panel rot which her partner had to rip it off so the plumber could fix the bath tap which was also broken and she had to call the plumber herself because the landlord wouldn't. One window is wooden and it rotted away that much the window actually fell out and the landlord still hasn't replaced the window, hes then tried to kick her out because she's stressing them out because she's reported all these problems, and trying to charge her for the bath panel and some other damages that was there when she moved in...... I'm currently renting a place from these guys. Avoid them like the plague. We've been living in this place for three weeks now and problems that should have been fixed before we even moved in are still lingering. The front door doesn't lock properly, the kitchen window is broken, two broken down fridges remain in our front yard from previous tenants, there are no curtain rails installed, the back garden is still a mess and our bin is filled with very heavy duty DIY waste. It took them two weeks to fix our shower, and find a socket for the washing machine and stove. Plus the cowboy builder they use to save money is probably the worst, most unprofessional and rude builder I've ever seen.... Read more

***Don't do repairs*** allowed me and my 2 children one of which has a disability to remain in a structurally unsafe property ( main support has rotten so badly the house started to sink to one side dragging the staircase down with it - making it like a springboard) and this per the tic excuse of a company, never attempted once to do a single repair ! So after 6 months of waiting for repairs i then Got in touch with the council , who then came out and assessed the property and confirmed the property was in deed a CAT 1 hazard & also served a 6 month LEGAL improvement notice on the property, even down to the illegal electricity cabling, no earthing in the property --not even enough fuses on the consumer unit , they then serve me a section 21 without any legal professional- ( they sent me fraudulent legal attachment- a pervious legal signed letter for photocopied with my name attached ),-- for them to have to start the whole section 21 process again after I confronted the agency about there process that I knew fine well wasnt above board ! nothing but a joke this agency and is run by nothing more than low life money grabbing tight arsed family scamming b@$&@%ds - good day OMEGA...
