I am self confessed ‘useless’ at all things money orientated and mortgages just fill me with dread! Anita is, quite frankly, amazing! The background work she puts in to looking at all your mortgage options and calculating which would be best is mind blowing and the transparency throughout the whole process is professional and reassuring. This will be the second mortgage Anita has brokered for me and I will never trust anyone else with this task. If you want a hassle free, professional broker (with the patience of a saint when you are as lost as I am with fees) then please give her a call!

Excellent experience Annie Allen was simply amazing. Kept in touch with me, sent appropriate emails (not just floodiing with irrelevant spam, like other estate agents). Eventually we found the perfect property which was exactly what I was looking for.

I'd found Miss Properties, to be one of the ' better' Estate agents in the region, after a number of poor experiences in my search for a new rental home.
Having met with the very attentive and knowledgeable Christina, at a property in Doncaster recently. I left, very impressed with her honesty, knowledge and professionalism.
An excellent ambassador for the company.

A fantastic experience with this estate agent, and in particular Frances Bowling.
They were not even my estate agent (although I wish they had been!).
Frances was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing.
Fantastic professional service, very responsive and great communication across a range of channels at any time it was needed (day or night). She handled a tricky chain and chased everyone throughout to ensure that a desirable outcome was achieved for all. Which was a lot more than I can say for my estate agent!!
Even though Frances and Moss were not my estate agent I would highly recommend them based on my experience, and I would use them if I were to move again in the future.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink and it was sorted the next day! Priority home services came to fix it, and the gentleman was ever so quick and sorted the issue straight away and was really nice. The procedure and efficiency is flawless, and we cannot fault any part of our experience.

Absolutely appalling treatment as a tenant.
I was resident in a flat rented out by Moss Properties for two years and the only thing I have found out this company is good for is taking your money, and purposefully ignoring your emails and requests.
Myself and the co-tenant were left without heating for 6 months, had a faulty fridge freezer for a year, and the last three months had no washing facilities for clothes, although I appreciate its not Moss Properties responsibility to replace these appliances as it is the landlords we never once had any update on the fault process's, despite numerous phone calls and emails asking for an update which we were promised on every occasion and yet nothing was said back.
I personally have lost count on how many of my emails were left ignored. I even rang in to make a formal complaint that again was totally disregarded. I have never been treated in such an appalling manner by a business that relies on customer satisfaction, to which I have absolutely none.
Once myself and the Co-tenant decided to leave the property we were instructed to post the keys back to the company on recorded delivery with no re-imbursement costs. Upon asking for the bond back, after four weeks of unanswered emails and empty promises over the phone, I had an email saying it had been sent to a bank account that doesn't exist.
The staff employed at Moss Properties also seem to be incompetent and the management even worse, although they do come across as friendly and willing to help and assist with your enquires they have absolutely no clue what they are doing it would seem. When we became insistent that something needed to be done the staff did turn quite matter of factly and blunt, again showing disregard for customer satisfaction. If I could give minus stars I would. Do not use Moss Properties for anything.

Was left without hot water for over 5 months and they expected me to still pay full rent even though they were in breach of the landlord and tenancy act of 1985 as well as their own tenancy agreement.
This company alone has put me off ever wanting to rent another property again.

Great photos, great advert online, great viewing experience. All led to a sale within 2 weeks.
Excellent communication from Fran and Nicky throughout keeping us up to date with all aspects of the sale.

A previous tenant with Moss and honestly their customer service skills are absolutely appalling.
I lived in a flat for 6 months and had many maintenance issues, that no-one was ever sent out to see to fix these problems and was told to ask other tenants who lived in the building to see if they can sort it.... they pretty much just shoved maintenance issues and making it someone else’s problem.
My boiler stopped working, had a water leak dripping out of the fire alarm (so had to disconnect it to prevent electric fires) and a gas leak.
I got really angry in the end, was getting fed up of being told to see if someone else in building will fix it. I then said I will not be paying rent as they are breaching our contract by not seeing to maintainence and my home was unsafe to live in. I was then told I’d get a call back and when they did call me back I got “it has been passed on that you are going to withhold your rent and I thought I’d let you know doing that will be breaching your contract”.... I flipped big time, no mention of maintenance issues... seems like they only care about money, not the safety of their tenants.
Do not go with them, they do not care as long as they get money.

When I first moved into a flat with this agency the electricity wasn't working and the oven was broken.
Now at the end of the tenancy can't finish collecting deposit after many numerous attempts to get through to them and being told they would sort it out on the day of the attempt but nothing happens of it.

Had nothing but trouble and hassle with this company. Me and my partner got our first flat together and they took the mess out of us like we had mug written across our foreheads! Every week we had an issue with them and they always replied with I'll give you a call back and that never happened. When it came to moving out they gave us a new fee to pay that we weren't aware of. They spoke to us like dirt. I would highly recommend avoiding this vile company as they speak to you like you're a child and take the mess out of you. All about money and no appreciation for their tenants.

Multiple false promises, mistakes with online tenancy platform (I was removed from accessing my own tenancy), they hid damages with pieces of furniture and they didn't tell the landlord we moved in until 2-3 weeks into the tenancy despite signing on their behalf.
Avoid Moss Properties in Doncaster, I've had no hassle whatsoever with other estate agents.

Had nothing but trouble with this horrendous company. They’ve put me off renting from agencies for the rest of my life! Left me, my partner and my 8 week old baby with no boiler and hot water for nearly a week when it snowed really bad and me and my daughter stayed with my sister because it was absolutely freezing in the house! My partner rang the landlord and he said he had no idea about it that was five days after. When we first moved in, the lino in the kitchen had all waves in it (THIS IS A NEW HOUSE by the way) they said it was either our dog who had chewed it or a steam mop, what the?! You would of been able to tell if it was our dog as it would of had bite marks and we don’t even own a steam mop. Man holes outside in garden were 5 inch or more higher than the ground. My partner tripped over one of them and nearly went through the patio doors. We had to report everything on their website, what an absolute joke! Wouldn’t even give this company one star but had to so I could leave a review!!! Nothing but jokers!

From a buyers point of view I have found the staff to be friendly professional and proactive with regards our needs. Horrendous experience as a Landlord. We agreed to let our property to a couple who were both working yet they renewed the tenancy a year later on our behalf to the lady who was by this time a single mother on benefits with a dog. Our house was left in such a dreadful condition that the deposit did not cover the repairs and fumigation... Yes it was that bad! How was it allowed to get that bad... Well we paid Moss to fully manage the property yet it soon became apparent that 'fully managed' did not even include inspections and if we wanted them to go in and check the house was ok it would cost us. So how did we find out things weren't good? The tenant contacted us directly because Moss were not doing anything about a problem with an appliance in the kitchen! They let us down massively and it seems they ignored tenants too.

Kasia, the consultant who dealt with me, was most helpful and courteous in her dealings with me.
She asked the right questions, ascertaining what my exact requirements were, and was most informative in answering my questions about the area and access to the centre. She successfully matched my requirements with a suitable property and did a good job selling it to me, although, after consideration it wasn't quite what I wanted. She is just the kind of person any perspective house buyer wishes to meet at an estate agent; because of her I rate this estate agents 5 star.
