Ah the other reviews of this company speak for themselves. I wouldn't wish them upon anyone. From the first phone call I had with Alison Jones she was overpowering and rude. We had the great misfortune of Beech Property taking over our private tenancy where we had lived happily for the previous four years. This company and Alison in particular made our last three months the most distressing of our entire lives. I actually feel great sympathy for the poor buggers who end up renting the house we have now vacated. I'm sure they'll soon wise up and move on once they experience how abusive and rude they can be. I would honestly rather be homeless than ever have to deal with this company again. Aside from the grief Alison caused us, the rest of the team were unhelpful and gave out the wrong number several times to repair people. It also took them three weeks to fix an oven and our broken toilet was literally pouring through the kitchen ceiling, no sense of immediacy from their end though. I'm sure the landlady is very impressed with their service :/ I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we have so if I can help anyone with this review then please avoid them at all costs.... genuinely can not believe the service i just received from 'Alison', the level professionalism is unreal. i asked for a simple task to be completed which any other letting agent would have had no issue doing, she refused and proceeded to raise her voice and become very rude. would not recommend if this was the last letting agent left. would honestly give a minus rating if it was possible. i would have loved to attach the call recording but unfortunately it will not let me.... Last year I booked a viewing for a Saturday morning. Already the atmosphere in the office wasn't welcoming, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I went to the appointment but no-one showed up. I tried to get in touch but no one picked up the phone. I was very disappointed and I would advise anyone to avoid them.... Read more

Alison is the business owner and she is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She can be very nice when you first meet her but as soon as something doesn't work in her favour she can turn very nasty and abusive. Avoid at all costs!... Read more
