Discriminatory against benefits. I work part time self employed and have cancer. Advised me that they didn't have the keys (didn't buy for a second) to arrange a viewing, only for the place to go Let Agreed the following day.

Terrible Letting agents. Incompetent does not even come close to describing them. when paid by Landlord to send a gardener to tidy garden, they sent an unprofessional who ruined it. They failed to do an inventory or check in inspection and instead sent one for previous tenant dated back in 2010 and expected us to sign that. They lied about being a member of the NAEA both in verbally and in writing on their website and paperwork. When told they would be reported to the Property Ombudsman, the manager took it upon himself to phone us up being abusive and threatening. They won't take responsibility for their mistakes, the manager outright refuses to pay any compensation and acts as though he believes he is above the law. He avoids trying to put anything in writing but when he does he makes a complete fool of himself. When asked for a date and time in writing to come to the property to collect the keys, his response was "Thanks for the invite but I’ll be washing my hair" I would not recommend this company to anybody. avoid at all costs.
