Most of the staff are helpful however one of them is rude and abusive...try their best to get a landlord to do repairs however become unresponsive if they aren't able to do so. When repairs are booked I have had mixed response, sometimes people don't turn up and when they do my goods seem to be damaged by contractors. The repairs to be fair though are good quality (when done). Poor at answering their phones however... Read more

When there were problems at the end of the tenancy this agent wasn’t keen to resolve them . There was redecorating by the tenant which was totally unsuitable , no cleaning ,and other matters Bellwood and Harris didn’t want to know . They left me to resolve myself but happy to take the fees when there were no issues . Very disappointed and think there are better agents in Darlington.... Read more

Absolute joke. They are only bothered about receiving money not bothered about people. Have problem tenants making the rest of the streets lives a nightmare despite receiving proof of anti social behaviour they refuse to do anything about it as long as they receive the rent. Had to get the council involved and they are still not bothered no shame ...be different if this behaviour was on there doorstep... Read more

Company dissolved in 2018 yet still operating? Major red flag... Also i've seen some replies to complaints on facebook and various other sites, very very unprofessional just seem to attack the tenants who are complaining rather than try to resolve the issue in a calm and professional manner. Definitely will never use.... Read more
