We have just completed the purchase of our first home, and cannot recommend Anthony Jones Properties more highly. As first time buyers, we had no idea what we were letting ourselves in for, but from the first conversation with Tony, we felt that we were in safe hands. Due to unforeseen circumstances, what should have been a relatively quick and easy purchase, became one slowed by back and forth discussions over findings from structural surveys. Tony handled the situation professionally and sought a solution that satisfied both the seller and the buyer, paying particular attention to our concerns as the inexperienced party in all of this. Tony was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial we thought they were. A massive thank you to him and the AJP team from Andrew and Tilly.

The choice to use them for the sale was very easy, as they quickly delivered as promised.

From the first visit from Tony of Anthony Jones, we were very impressed by his professionalism, and very clear guidance on how to market our property. He immediately took the worry and stress of the sale process away from us and straight away we knew he had everything under control. His team are excellent too. Hannah and Karen kept us informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble, they were absolutely marvellous on all accounts, helping and advising us. After 14 days the property was sold and sales progressor Emma worked tirelessly until contracts were exchanged and completion took place. Her commitment too was second to non and we would have mop hesitation in recommending Tony and all of his team at Anthony Jones to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment Tony walked through our front door. Honest and down to earth advice, fantastic knowledge of the local property market, and we immediately knew that we were in good hands, so we signed up there and then. Our property sold within a few days and the team were excellent, always in touch with us - even out of hours, we knew exactly what was happening at every stage, and they went over and above to make sure that our sale went as smoothly as possible.
