2024 proved to be a very difficult year to be moving house and our particular sale and purchase was on and off four times for various reasons. From April to actual completion on 29 October Julia stuck with it and kept us and our solicitors well advised of the current situation providing timely advice, we had the feeling that we were her only client, which we weren't but it was comforting in a very fraught time.
In the end Julia managed to get our original purchase and sale back on track And we are very happily settelling into our new home.
We would happily recommend using Lloyd's and Julia if you need a good diligent Estate agent.

My wife chose LPG and she hit on a winner. From the listing, managed by Elliot, to Completion, we experienced outstanding service.
LPG achieved a relatively quick "Sale Agreed". However, we were in a chain of 6 or 7 and the progress to Exchange and then Completion was quite arduous. In this, we were greatly assisted by Julia Arden of LPG. She was absolutely tireless and on the ball, relentlessly going up and down the chain chasing responses and urging action on the dilatory ones. I cannot imagine anyone being able to improve on her performance. Despite many frustrations, her professionalism shone through. A tower of strength.
I can unequivocally recommend LPG.

SIMPLY THE BEST!
We've bought and sold property 7 times in 8 years so have a wealth of experience with agencies and processes. However, when Elliot Whitehead knocked our door, hungry for an instruction, he'd certainly done his homework about our home which gave us the confidence to instruct Lloyds Property Group. They listened to our needs which included a deadline, budget and correct target market. Right from the beginning Elliot was willing to provide his best efforts and go that extra mile for us. From an extremely successful Open Day, Elliot secured a sale which was then put in the hands of Nicholas Carter to nurture through a tough 15 weeks.
We had a complex chain of 6 parties to keep in tact. With regular and updates between Nicholas and all conveyancers, he skillfully/compassionately got the sale over the finishline last week. I would like to add that when I say COMPLEX, I mean an absolute nightmare!!! A situation never seen before by our seasoned solicitor of 25 years. I won't bore everyone with the details, but I just want to say that without Nicholas at the helm the chain would have easily fallen apart several times over.
So, as far as I'm concerned there's only one estate agent worth instructing. Lloyds Property Group you have been outstanding from start to finish. I'm sure our scenario will be used as a case study in years to come. You deserve recognition of your incredible ability of keeping all reassured, calm and well informed. What can we say… exceptional service from start to finish. House selling/buying always has its elements of stress, but thanks to Lloyds who managed both our sale and purchase, it was as smooth and as efficient as possible! Whether recommending solicitors, removals, or even finding multiple options for buying our property, they were trustworthy, effective, and empathetic to our needs. Over the last year Lloyds have successfully sold two properties for us. In the case of the first one, Julia Arden immediately approached a potential purchaser who agreed with her suggestion and bought the flat. Through no fault of the agents, the second sale took much longer, partly because our lawyer went into liquidation! It then went from bad to worse when our second lawyer departed because of a conflict of interest. Further problems continued with the overall sale taking nearly a year. However, Julia remained proactive throughout and without her help and guidance all involved agree that we would not have achieved completion.
We will therefore have no hesitation in recommending Lloyds Property Group. Whenever we called in the staff were all friendly, were knowledgeable and extremely patient dealing with our numerous problems. Together they are an excellent team.
However, our special thanks have to go to Julia.

We cannot praise this estate agency highly enough. Selling and buying can be so stress ful: this is an agency that keeps the client informed and does the arduous, behind-the-scenes leg work to progress the process.
We thought that Lloyds, based in Lilliput, would be an agent only for the very expensive homes but they welcome the opportunity to serve all sellers.
