Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

Winkworth Estate Agents were representing the seller of the flat I purchased earlier this year and I originally dealt with Helena and then George Webb competed the process. I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing.
George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support.
Can't say enough about how brilliant Winkworth are and I would recommend their service wholeheartedly.

We went to market with our house using Neil and his team at Winkworths and it was the best decision we could have made. from the very start the team filled us with confidence and were the ultimate professional mixed with friendly service anyone could expect when selling their home. They always called you back ,always answered emails and were always forthcoming with making contact when they had updates during the sales process. I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to sell their home in our opinion we could not have asked for better service

Neil and the team were excellent from the start with a really professional appraisal and once agreed to sell, the team were constantly updating on progress to market. Again during the sales process Neil, George and Helena were great in advising status and letting us know of any questions from the buyer. The sale progressed quickly and we were delighted with the result.

Their depth of knowledge of the local market is second to none. Before we marketed, they highlighted detailed features of our property that even we were not aware of. I have also found their market insights to be extremely helpful and their predictions accurate.
Neil and his team have a genuine drive to take care of their clients. Their customer service has consistently been faultless and they set the bar for estate agents.
