As a potential purchaser, the lack of communication is appaling, and the agent showing us around knew absolutely nothing about the property I wouldn't use them to sell a property there are much better agents in Cornwall.

We decided to use Berwicks because of many reasons.
James was very knowledgeable about local house prices. His evaluation was spot on.
Karen and Jodie went above and beyond to sort out any problems and details needed, while keeping me informed throughout.
Karen also went out of her way to sort out a problem that needed sorting, just before completing.
Everyone was polite and efficient which made the whole process easier and stress free.
I would highly recommend Berwicks, if you are looking to sell or buy, your next home.

You worked tirelessly to get a sale for me, showing around so many people, that I got a good price for my bungalow. Sadly I had to pull out of the sale, as I was unable to find another property. You were supportive throughout the process.

I have sold both homes in the last decade with Berwick's Estate Agents and have no complaints at all. The staff team are all without exception, professional, communicative, efficient and reliable. This time I have not been able to be in the same county and they have gone above and beyond what they needed to be in order to help me sort everything out.
