I have read all the reviews and agree with everything that has been written, there is no exaggeration. Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. I cannot recommend Suzanne at Salt highly enough. She has been professional, reliable, incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a house in January 2023 in St Ives. Suzanne was absolutely excellent at communicating with us and the sellers and made that extra effort to get the deal done on completion day. Couple of things worth noting , we were looking at houses in St Ives between Xmas and new Year, when the town is very busy and she was able to offer viewing when most other estate agents were closed. She won the sale in part because of this. Secondly she really made that extra effort to get the deal done on our time frame.
