Avoid this very rude and aggressive company Contacted this agent due to them advertising a house on rightmove, they were rude and aggressive to my husband when he spoke to someone. They claimed they had no clue what he was on about, and they didn't have a house for sale on rightmove. I tried to speak to someone and they put the phone down on me, that is not what you call good customer service. Specially to potential buyers, I have sent a complaint to the rightmove's feedback team. Please don't waste your time with a rude, uncaring company like this one.... Read more

Never got to speak to anyone, people who answer the phone claim to know nothing about the service and can only take details. Details left several times promised a call back which never happened a number of times. I never got a chance to use the service so can't comment on the quality.... Read more
