Brother Ajmal at Mak Estates was excellent at providing all information required to make informed decisions on best deals for us, especially in the current financial climate.
He was very open and honest.
Communication was excellent throughout which ensured we were able to get a good deal.
Brother Ajmal was very personable and had answers to every question!!! And I asked many. will certainly come back in the future for any property advise.

Extremely impressed with the service provided by Mak Estate Agents. I live in a different city and was therfore difficult for me to manage my property. I instructed MAK Estate Agents to manage the property for me. Within ten days everything has been sorted and let has been agreed on the property. They even came out on their day off to see me as I was limited for time. If you want straight forward, no hassle letting agents MAK Estate agents are the ones to go to. Also an extra thankyou to Br. Mak Estates. From my personal dealings and on going dealings with this estate agents I hope not to use another again but everyone has bad days but it seems to be that these guys don't they are always on point with service and go about it in a professional manner that can relate to anyone easy to talk to with a great knowledge base of lettings and sales and have the qualifications to match definitely refer them when asked about lettings and sales without question.

I have had my fair share of experience with estate agents, an I have to be totally honest my experience with Mak estates has just been totally professional and respectful. They understand your needs and do there best to help accommodate you and your family. You will very rarely get professionalism who will go out there way to help.

I have rented from MAK Estates for 6 months now and can safely vouch for Ajmal and Ahmed's professionalism, integrity and empathy. From the first time I set foot in their office and every step of the process to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement, both of them have gone out of their way to facilitate things.
Since I have moved in, Ajmal and Ahmed have constantly followed up with me to iron out minor issues and ensuring that I'm happy. I wish to put on record that I'm extremely grateful for the duty of care ( which by the way is sorely lacking among the mainstream untrustworthy and unscrupulous estate agents) extended to me and my family. They have gone above and beyond what the mainstream "Estate Agents" do.
Ajmal is very honest, upfront and a man of his word. I count my blessing to have come across him. Nowadays it's extremely hard to trust an estate agent let alone to separate the wheat from the chaff - but honestly Ajmal is the exception to the rule. I have never met a truthful estate agent as Ajmal. He tells you the unpalatable truth as and when the situation warrants it, he is not of the sugar-coating breed. He is very frank in his dealings with both tenants and landlords alike, which may or may not please the end users of his services.
In a nutshell MAK Estates is really a quality agency that not only acts as a facilitator, but also has a full grasp of the market and needs of its clients.
I couldn't recommend them enough for their expertise and holistic hands-on approach.
Keep it up guys and you'll definitely prosper as honesty and integrity is the way forward which I understand is your motto!

As a first time buyer its always expected to be very hard and scary climbing onto the property ladder. I was very hesistant moving forward in that term until i came across MAK, i can say from start too finish everything has been easy and straightforward. I was helped and guided throughout the whole process and not once did i feel like i was unaware to what was happening. After having the property on the market for 12 months with a different estate agent and being messed about a number of times I decided to list it with MAK Estates.
Within 48 hours a sale had been agreed for the full asking price. Communication and customer service was first class.

We have just sold our property with MAK Estates and I have to say they made the whole process easy for us. They arranged all viewings and attended with the clients, showed utter professionalism in their approach and we sold fairly quickly. In fact the MAK Estates also helped with the onward purchase and we completed in six weeks !!! We had some last minute concerns with our onward purchase and Ajmal stepped in and assisted, and this was above and beyond the normal remit I would guess.

Fantastic service from start to finish from MAK Estates struggled with our previous mortgage advisor to find a solution but MAK Estates took into account our circumstances and what we were after and managed the find us a deal that suited our needs.
The communication was excellent every step of the way even though buy the end I must have called 5 times a day!

We found Ajmal was professional, honest and most of all helpful. Ajmal went above and beyond for us like he does with all of his clients. Ajmal really pushed our purchase and gave the vendors solicitors and estate agents a kick up the backside they needed.

I went here for a mortgage application. I was told that the timescales for the application would be 4 to 6 weeks maximum. After endless waiting, its been 13 weeks 3 days. Contacted them for a refund and was told that I signed an agreement, meaning i dont get a refund. They havent even submitted my mortgage application & was told it will be done soon every time I contact them (over the last 13 weeks) No service = refund, make sure to take record of all contacts as you will need this in your dispute to get any money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
