Absolutely fantastic service from James, Lauren and the Moseley Oulsnam and Co team during the sale of our home in Forest Road. From valuation and photos to marketing strategy, assessment of offers and chasing of solicitors they were attentive, professional and yet friendly and reassuring. All in all an extremely smooth and remarkably stress-free experience thanks to their great experience of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile. Leaving Moseley after 20 years was never going to be easy but when it came to the sale of our house I never doubted we were in the best hands.

Over the years I have dealt with several estate agents in the area and can confidently say that the service provided by Oulsnam has been the best. It boils down to good communication. Even if matters don't proceed as planned, good communication can make most situations relatively painless and pleasant. Lauren Bell is a credit to Oulsnam & Co.

Laura provided excellent service all the way through the process and was always available when needed. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring when necessary! We've been calling once a week for 4 weeks to see one property. They claim that their books have no room. They're always fully booked. We'll be avoiding their listed properties from now on, they obviously don't have enough staff.

Really helpful and friendly team. Excellent communication and support at all stages between the vendors and ourselves to ensure a smooth process. Our initial viewings were with Lauren and then sales until completion / regular input from Lauren B. Both are extremely pleasant and professional. Highly recommended estate agency team.
