Black Cat provide an absolutely first class service to tenants and their landlords. There is a reason that they are award winners.
Excellent communication, very knowledgeable and friendly staff all committed to providing the best possible service in Wisbech and the surrounding area. I cannot speak too highly of them. 5 stars all day long

I have found the entire team at Black Cat a pleasure to deal with. As a Landlord you need that reassurance that your property is in safe hands and I feel that it is. All questions and issues were sorted quickly and a tenant found straight away. Most importantly, I trust them to find the right tenant rather than just any old tenant. The best letting agents I have dealt with and the friendliest.

We have seen a flat in Kings Lynn in autumn 2018, the lady from the agency looked happy with everything until we asked if is true what we seen on rightmove that they don't accept children because I hsve 6 month old baby, she said she will ask the landlord and will get back to us, never rung back, I rang for 3 weeks in a roll because we really wanted to rent the property and every time the answer was that they can not get in touch with the landlord. Of course in the and I noticed that is a no. Discrimination and making me waiting forever for the answer and never got back to me. Very disappointing!

I have used Black Cat as a tenant and a landlady would highly recommend from both sides! Professional and quick to sort out any issues. Had a problem free let and would use again in a heartbeat! The staff are lovely and have your best interests at the forefront of everything they do!

BlackCat are an extremely professional company. They keep up to date with the latest regulation changes to ensure that all legislative changes are met. They have excellent team and an extensive local network of roofers, electrician and plumbers, to offer all tenants and landlords a hassle free, safe, tenancy experience. Highly recommend.

I have let my property now in Wisbech via Black Cat for a while now and i have always been very impressed with the service they provide.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and any issues that arise are sorted quickly and efficiently, regular checks are carried out to a very professional standard. I wouldn't choose anyone else.

We have been a proceed by Jill the lady is a opened person willing to help.
In we have agreed an one property which suit's our need's.
The company that they use to do the background is fast but I' disagreed with the way that they try to get the same information already provided to Jill from agency and pay for may background check to agency for that, and the company that is doing my background is asking me to provide them again.
I haven't been provided with documentations for the aspect and condition of the place at my moved in but I'm assuming that's because it's a sheared house.
The land lord is not willing to ad aerial to the house because is not a requirement even if the house makes a income of £7920 ish he is not interested in provide aerial to the residents.
That's my experience so far with black cat.
