I was desperate to view a property , phoned up 3 times over a week , each time getting no response , no call no text no email , in that time, someone came in a viewed the property also took he property . The one time they did answer i was told there was no interest in this property, so because of what only seems as laziness , in any response, I mist any opportunity...... Would not recommend this branch what so ever

They had someone in mind when I instructed them and in fact a sale was agreed before it even went on to the market! Their sales progressor was then invaluable in making sure the process made it through to completion.

I found a super house, contacted WHB, and Lewis took control of the process from start to finish, and I couldn't be more grateful - just need to unpack now :)

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rude! And cannot organise themselves let alone update records! I booked a valuation which was then rearranged as they double booked! Fine it happens but you’ve lost the potential sale, then a guy called jack / Jake calls and after I tell him what’s happened he takes it personally and hangs up after getting a strop on! It might not have been him who booked the valuation but you work for the same company and yet I’ve had 4 calls afterwards them trying to book another valuation, update your records stop calling and organise yourselves better! Ridiculous, after the fourth call and I’ve told them the feedback won’t be great you get oh ok!- 12th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Friendly and professional team at the Kings Lynn branch We accepted an offer less than a week after putting our property up for sale The team kept in touch throughout-would recommend and not hesitate to use again Thanks to Shane & all the team!
14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Werrington branch to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to Ellie and the whole team for all your help!
16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)From the very first valuation visit I was confident that the agent would work hard to sell my Dad’s bungalow. I had a buyer in 3 weeks and the sale was complete in 3 months. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and were quick to contact me with queries and dealt with any hiccups. Efficient, friendly and worked hard to achieve a satisfactory outcome at a price I agreed.They made what could have been a stressful time easy. Highly recommend.
13th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Newson & Buck Estate Agents enough! Erika dealt with my purchase and was nothing short of exceptional. She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. They are the new way of selling houses and I’d say they set the standard for everyone else.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Aspire. From the outset, communication was extremely poor — feedback requests were often ignored or responded to far too late to be useful. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. What frustrated me most was their clear lack of understanding of my needs. Despite explaining our requirements multiple times, they repeatedly suggested unsuitable options, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. To make matters worse, our property was marketed incorrectly, with listing agents not having a clue about anything that house had to offer.... that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of attention. This not only misrepresented the property but also wasted potential buyers’ time. Overall, the agents came across as inexperienced and somewhat clueless, lacking both attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a smooth or competent estate agency experience.

14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.
