Some agents let buyers scroll thru avail props refined by area/price, wotev. I seek something rural in or near Throckenholt/Gedney Hill etc

Luke Hill, Branch Manager (North), and the other members of staff, have shown consistent professionalism in the marketing, and viewing, of my property, as well as looking for houses that I may be interested in, in my search for my next home. 6th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)My partner and I just bought a house with Ellis Winters and we have been really impressed with the service. Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions. We were able to move from starting legal proceedings to completion in just over 2 months, which is far quicker than we could have ever hoped for and I know Ellis Winters played a big role in helping us get there. Thanks to all of the team for making our purchase so smooth!

They gave us the best valuation compared to others which wanted to put house on market for much less than what it was worth. TNA had the same vision as us and saw the effort we have put into the property. Conclusion - we had an offer in less than 3 days for the full asking price.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
