I saw one of your boards ystd while driving thru Throckenholt. Thought I'd check out details, price etc but your website doesn't seem to let a buyer do that. Some agents let buyers scroll thru avail props refined by area/price, wotev. I seek something rural in or near Throckenholt/Gedney Hill etc

If you are looking for a cost effective, professional, and friendly service I would highly recommend you use Robert Hale Est Agents, you will not be disappointed. For a fixed fee you get an integrity-based firm that caters to your individual needs. They treated me with respect, reported back to me on potential buyers, and always kept me fully updated on all aspects with regards to the sale of my property. Try to avoid the national based Estate Agents in the area as they will be more concerned about their statistics and meeting targets, and you will pay a lot more.

We asked Hales to value our property, which they did. After agreeing terms they put it up for sale 12 weeks later we moved. Superb service. They did everything they said they would and did it well. The best bit £1200 cheaper than wh brown . Would definitely recommend to anyone. They also recommended a solicitor who was fantastic.

used Hales to buy, it all went well, they didn't forget me , kept me informed, my offer was refused by the seller, i went looking elsewhere then 2 months later Hales contacted me to see if i was still looking and my original offer was accepted. good service , no waffle or blowing smoke.

Having used Hales 30 years ago, I wanted to sell my house through the same agent.
How dissapointed I was. Hale was very quick to take on the sale, but that was it. 5 viewings well spread out. Yes it did get sold, but to charge over 2 grand, was excessive. No "for sale" board, although I asked for one , 3 times. When it was sold, surprise , surpise, Along came a board with SOLD on it. I refused to let them put that one up. As for helpful advice, and updates, well........ I actually spoke to Hale himself and he promised to get updates etc: to me. Did he Heck !!!!
If it wasn't for the lovely ladies in his wisbech branch, I doubt if he would get any sales. He is arrogant to the point of rudeness. DEFINATELY NOT recommended
