Avoid at all costs. These people lie again and again. They pretend to be based at Thames Valley Park but aren't there. (I've checked) they say cleaners have serviced your property between tenant - they said a cleaner was at my property and I was in it and am sure I'd have noticed a cleaner. Do they even exist? They have no website, there's terrible reviews all over the internet, Companies House have instructed them they will be struck off on March 2019 if they fail to file their accounts. How are people like this allowed to trade and take advantage of others. How do they sleep at night ?... Read more

*WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN READING* they have not replied for over a week and I told them I had to move into a property otherwise I’d be homeless. Nevertheless, they ignored over 30 messages and use an outsource reception company. I have sent their details to the ombudsman service property people. Very poor service. Payments to landlords are late. Inventory and condition checks are superficial and contracted out to a company that has poor performance standards. They do not always respond to phone calls or emails. Appears to be run by some young and inexperienced people who are totally overworked. Currently under an HMRC investigation.... Read more

****AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS!!!****... Absolutely HORIFFIC & corrupt agency... a bunch of crooks, have stolen my deposit & 10 months later, still never received the refund promised/nor ever anymore response to the multiple communications attempted with them after (funny that) and totally echo/agree with all other negative comments left on here too as had exactly the same experience; currently in advance stages of externally perusing this claim with the ‘Ombudsman Property Service’ as we speak.......
