Just moved into an 8 bed house by the uni and found it in a horrible state dirty, moldy, broken fittings, missing stuff etc was not informed by the property manager prior to arriving which was a 3+ hour drive for me and a few others only told by the first person to get there. We have been told they will do a "deep clean" on Monday 2 days after we moved in some of us have to stay the night in this house and we are not at all pleased about it... Read more

Rented a 4 bed property for the year 21/22 and had the best experience with Reading Lettings, especially Daniel. There were a lot of rumours about certain estate agents scamming at the end of tenancy so we were worried but this didn't last long, they always got everything sorted asap, always contactable and got our full deposits back! 5 star service, am hoping and planning to use them in the future for professional lettings.... We let a house from reading lettings last year and they were amazing! Really informative and helpful throughout the year. They were really quick and efficient when there were any issues in the house. Just moved out of a property let by Reading Lettings. One of the main reasons I even liked the place was because they were one of the only estate agents that seemed to act like real people rather. Having relocated to the UK from the US, I was new to Reading and had no idea of where to live or what agencies to use. The flat I wound up taking was managed by Reading Lettings. From the start they were helpful with the process, particularly as I wasn't familiar with UK tenancy rules at the time. That was 5 years ago, I have been in two flats with Reading Lettings and the staff were always helpful and responsive when needed. I would definitely suggest them as a reliable agency when looking for a flat.... Read more

Contacted agency on 27/9 to rent a flat advertised through their website. Although we signed and emailed back the letter of offer beginning of August, they never came back to us to finalise the deal! Trying to find out the reason, we sent loads of emails and did plenty of phone calls . We had NO reply at most of our emails and NO reply at messages left at their answering machine. Until today, nobody from this agency contacted us!!! In the few times we managed to talk to 2 employees of the agency they seemed to be bothered having one of them to tell us if we don’t like their non-existence service to deal with another agency!!!! This was the first time ever to receive such bad treatment!!!!... Read more

Reading Lettings have been incredibly helpful to me to find a reasonably priced accommodation in a short period of time. When I contacted them due to WiFi issue they resolved it by installing a new router for the whole house and ensured we were having no difficulties. I would recommend them to university students or working professionals who want easy access to the town centre and train station.... Read more

Our experience of Reading Lettings was great, and from the first time we met Daniel we were impressed with his down to earth and friendly attitude. He got a great rapport with us and made the whole process very easy, and took us to view a similar property which he suggested from our description of what we were looking for. We stuck with our first choice yet still couldn't be happier, as the whole process was very straightforward, speedy and we're now with one of the best property managers we've encountered in a very well maintained house.
