We have used Hoopers several times now and have always found Andrew and his team to be excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they really do go above and beyond. If you are looking for an estate agent, I would highly recommend Andrew and his team for their professionalism, honesty and integrity.

I spoke to someone on the phone about renting an apartment in the Reading area and the person was pretty aggressive but I didn't let it affect me and tried to continue to talk.
I mentioned someone else would be viewing it in my place as I'm pretty far away and have people closer to it than I am and for some reason that set off something in him. He started to pretty much shout at which point I asked to him to calm down and he continued to raise his voice to the point where I told him in British fashion to "go do one" and he put down the phone.
Been searching for a property to move into for a little while and have found once since then but this was the only negative encounter with a estate company. Would not recommend working with them and In all honestly not surprised they are small

I bought the house from Hoopers five years prior. Based on my experience then, as a buyer of one of their properties, I knew that when I came to sell I would be using them to market the property. So this review is written as a customer from both sides of the process.
Andrew Hooper is professional, genuine and honest. He doesn’t sugar-coat his advice, and that means there are no surprises down the line. I trust and value his opinions, and I never felt I was wasting his time.
The office staff are equally helpful and capable. Hoopers’ local knowledge and expertise are invaluable, but it’s the personal service that sets them apart from other local agents.

I can't recommend Andrew Hooper and Hoopers Residential enough. I bought my house in Reading from Hoopers, let it using Hoopers and Sold it using Hoopers.
During the ten years we lived in the house, we did use other agents. We thought we would try a 'bigger' agency but it didn't work out and we came back to Hoopers. Other agencies that are branches of a chain are not as experienced, professional, helpful or transparent as Hoopers. Andrew Hooper gives measured and experienced guidance and always does what he says he will do. Reliable and Professional. I recommend using Hoopers Residential

I dealt only with Andrew. The process was very smooth. Andrew is very reliable. Know the process in and out. Goes out of the way to make you feel comfortalbe. Moreover he is not running a chain.
