From coming to look at the property until the day of the removal the staff at Bricks & Mortar were SO helpful & very efficient. The photographs taken of our home were excellent as was the description. Whenever I phoned with a question Susan or Phoebe were quick to answer or to get back to me as soon as possible. Carl runs a very professional estate agents & has surrounded himself with excellent staff, from the photographer to the office staff & makes a very stressful process as stress free as is possible. Fees are very competitive too & when I moved, Bricks & Mortar was offering a flat fee paid upfront which was very reasonable. Many thanks for everything.... Read more

cost me a load of money after a lease-hold purchase fell through because pets weren't allowed despite me being repeatedly asking that they were allowed and assurances that they were. At least I found out before searches were started, more luck than judgement. You'd expect a selling agent to clarify lease restrictions before conveyancing starts! Legal costs and survey, all a waste of money and will be holding B&M to account for my losses based on their misrepresentation... Read more

The team at Bricks and Mortar were great – our chain was a bit of a nightmare (through no fault of Bricks and Mortar nor of our seller), but as a company they were willing to pick up the slack from other parts of the chain (that weren’t doing it properly), and by doing so, they helped to avoid the whole thing falling through. It became a bit of a team effort in the end and Bricks and Mortar were always contactable, willing to find answers about what was going on, and always went the extra mile. Carl and Abby were fantastic throughout. We were considering not using a high street estate agent, but after Carl came to visit us at the property we were certain he and Bricks + Mortar would do an excellent job, with very reasonable prices too. What we didn't expect, however, was the amazing service we received from Abby once we started having viewings. We had accepted an offer within a week (unfortunately this was just before the fated 'mini budget' and it fell through). However, Abby found a new buyer before it even went back on the market. She followed up every week, and was a really good line of communication when there was confusion with time delays etc. She made a fairly stressful transaction much less stressful.
