We recently sold our house through Dales and Peaks and I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service from start to finish. Stunning photos and marketing and they agreed a sale on our house in less than two weeks.

Amazing experience all round with Dales and Peaks. What was a really long and stressful process on our sale (a couple dropped out, and some buyers messing us around), was made smooth by Hannah and the team. Constant communications, support and reassurance helped us to move to our perfect new home. I recently sold my property through Dales & Peaks. When Hannah first viewed the property she came across as very business like with a no-nonsense, straight forward and friendly attitude. She gave a realistic evaluation and described the process clearly. The marketing material was first class. Having obtained an offer Hannah & Lucy were both great at moving things along, especially when the process would otherwise have got ‘stuck’. I was kept in the loop at all times and they were very quick to respond to my questions. The sale went through successfully. I can’t recommend Dales & Peaks enough and gladly give them five stars.

I recently sold our family home via Dales and Peaks Matlock office (Jan 24). I would like to thank them for their excellent service - marketing was really good - we got lots of interest and a strong offer - and communication throughout was prompt and efficient.
The exchange and completion process proved to be a little bit rocky for various external reasons, but we were very grateful for the support of the team, particularly Lucy, who helped keep things moving through excellent pro-active communication, when I thought the deal might fall through.
All went well in the end and the sale completed successfully - we were super happy and I am sure the buyer is too.

My property has finally been sold after a long and often difficult process, but not the fault of the agents, who have worked extremely hard throughout the whole process. The only reason I have scored 4 and not 5 is because the initial selling price was too high. However, this was because of my ex husband who didn’t want to sell the property in the first place, but he had no choice in the end because I owned half of it. The agents have dealt with a very difficult situation with patience and professionalism. A special mention to Sarah, Hannah, Lucy and Debbie for their great efforts to finally get the seemingly impossible situation over the line

The staff were reactive rather than proactive throughout. Although we originally arranged for Dales and Peaks to lead the viewings, we soon took this over ourselves after hearing from potential buyers that viewings were delayed by a fortnight, due to sparsity of staff availability. Notably, viewings were denied after 5pm on weekdays and all day at the weekend. There was also disparity between staff members regarding the valuation of our property which complicated our sale. Ultimately, we paid a premium price for a suboptimal service.

I’m so glad I had Dales & Peaks to sell my beautiful home. All the staff were amazing and helped me through it all step by step. No questions or phone call was ever too much and believe you me I made a lot of phone calls.
But from the very first time meeting Hannah and Tom they made me feel at ease and treat my home with so much respect.
The photos for the brochure were absolutely breathtaking, these I’ll keep forever along with all the other memories that I had there.
Hence to say it wasn’t on the market long, especially with all the advertising they did .
