This is the worst agency someone one could go to, people who work in this agency looks all decent and educated but acts inhuman, all they care about is money. They don’t provide required services at times and blame you for maintenance. Literally they made us evaluate wantedly and looted all the deposit money. When we try to approach they say it’s business. There seemed to be discrepancies in the assessment of damages, and the process lacked transparency. It would have been appreciated if they provided clearer communication and a detailed breakdown of any deductions.
