I just bought a flat with help from Karwood. The agents (Gopal & Bill) have been very helpful to get this completed in time and were quite reachable. We were running out of time due to the extremely slow progress on the seller solicitors side, (who were independently chosen by the seller). I have used 4 agents in the past 12 years of renting my property, prior to finding Karwood Property Management in Hayes.
I have nothing but praise for Karwood Properies having experience some really terrible service during renting. They have a great manager, Bill Narwal, who iss well clued up on the rental market do's, donts, cant & wonts..I found Bill Narwal & staff very reliable,professional, friendly and patient - I never felt rushed..
I could go on abouat the service I received for ages, but breifly,from the onset, I was given sound advice which included delaing with an 'awkward' tenant, and I am so glad I followed Bills advice here!
When the property became vacant, Bill and his team souced the companies/individuals to make it fit for purpose (at suprisingly reasonable prices) and then found a tenant within 2 weeks of that. They managed all the checks and ensured the paperwork(references, work permits etc) were in order and I have not looked back - the new tenants proved to exceptional (to my relief).
Bill gav me options, but I took the full Propery management package from Karwood, and for the duration of the tenancy had a hassle free exisitence - right down to the reports on Karwood'st visits to the property which showed that everything was well maintained to them organising electrician/maintenace appointmens for the tenants and keeping track of renewals such as the landlords certificate & gas inspections.
Karwood Properties may not be a huge outfit, but the personal touches and attention to details I received made this a very nice experience for me, especially as I had bad experiences in this area in the past.
I have nothing but praise for this company and becuase of my experience, I genuinely would absolutely recommend Kardwood Properties to manage your propert/find tenants.

Buying and selling your home is undoubtedly one of the most stressful events in your life but in the capable hands of Gopal and Bill, it’s guaranteed to be a lot easier. I had previously sold my property twice through Karwood’s but due to personal circumstances I wasn’t able to complete. Some would say it was third time lucky but I’d say it was due to the hard work and determination on Gopal and Bill’s part that ensured I was able to complete my sale. I was given a realistic valuation by Bill instead of the over inflated valuation most agencies will give you just to secure the business only to reduce it when there’s no interest. The viewings were arranged around my work schedule and the property was sold in surprisingly short space of time. I’d anticipated a long drawn out process but was pleasantly surprised when offers were made relatively quickly thanks to the way Gopal showcased the property. I can’t thank Gopal and Bill enough for the help and support they offered me throughout the process. In so far as estate agents go, they are in a league of their own. Forget the big name agencies, if you want to sell or buy then choose Karwood’s. You’ll be guaranteed a personal and extremely professional service and supported throughout. I was a bit dubious as I am accustomed to the big names, but i thought ill give them an opportunity.

I struggled to sell my house with 3 other agents until I met Bill from Karwood. Bill at Karwood was recommended to me by a neighbour, so I contacted him. He was extremely professional in every respect and found the perfect buyer for us.
However, it was the during the process as it progressed, and especially the after service we received, that really made this the stand out agency for us. Every aspect was looked at and attended too in detail.
Nothing was too much trouble at all.
Bill was constantly on the case with regular updates (so important), and because we were in a chain, he chased all the different links in the chain, my conveyancer's, and the other Agents and their legal teams as well.
This ensured that the contracts were exchanged on time and stopped further delays. Bill took the stress out of the process at a very stressful time for us. So we'd like to thank Bill and his team for the "over and above" work they put in, on our sale.
I recommend them 100%, and can tell you from personal experience that I consider them to be by far the very best Agency in the area - - Thank you Karwood and Bill especially.

We were so fortunate to have found Bill Narwal when we were looking to buy our first family house. I wish we took Bill’s advice when we checked our first property with him. After wasting nearly 2 months with another top leading high street Estate Agent, we had to come back to Bill to witness his very professional, honest and straight forward customer service skills. Bill was so helpful throughout the process, helped us to find a conveyancer as well. He was so honest from day one and managed to negotiate with the seller for the completion date which looked nearly impossible at the viewing. Karwood have Very honest and professional approach for sellers and buyers. Every time I met the seller, she said the same thing about bill and wished if there was an agent like Bill on the other side, where she was getting the house from. If I could give "no star" I would have...!
I recently wanted to purchase a property therefore I set up a viewing for it and gave an offer. After 3 days I was contacted stating that the offer was too low so I amended and gave another one. There staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. He later confirmed that the offer has been accepted and now you need to get the "ball rolling" Anyhow, I put my property on the market with them too (stupidly) as they said to me if I was to do this then they will secure me the purchase of the property I want to buy. Due to there lack of knowledge on how to manage a business I lost the property I wanted to buy as they seller wanted a quick sale so they accepted the offer of someone else with another estate agent. As the buyer they got for my property didn't have any mortgage offer nothing but they just kept in sly stating that he did.
THEY WERE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
THEY WOULD NOT PICK UP MY CALLS
THERE IS THIS GUY CALLED "BILL" WHO INITIALLY TRAPPED ME INTO THIS SO BEWARE OF HIM AND HIS OTHER COLLEAGUE'S
CONS CONS CONS - THEY are bunch of ex sales agents who have come together to come up with "KARWOOD" I lost almost 1.5 k in this whole process and still haven't been able to sell my property or have found another one through them and its been 1 YEAR!
Total Disappointment nothing professional about them apart from the suits they wear.

Throughout the whole process; from initial valuation advice, marketing, conducting viewings, tenant vetting to tenant move in we were kept informed at all stages.
