I have had a really great experience renting with Callaways; they are such a knowledgeable, supportive, kind, professional, courteous, personable, organised, and helpful team. I have felt very well looked after in terms of gas safety, electrical safety and fire safety; all certificates and reports are up to date; contractors are all very polite, friendly and professional. Partonising and very unhelpful. No one imformed me that the viewing was cancelled so I spent half of the afternoon going to property, waiting for someone to show up and walking back home with nothing. They said "we don't have your number" however they called me twice before. When I called, the staff was unpleasant and seemed uninterested with the customer. I haven't even rented a property with Callaways yet and already do not recommend the agency.... Read more

The worst estate agent i've ever been with. Property had bed bugs as well as drug paraphernalia, broken extractor fan and dirty washing from a previous tenant (despite them claiming it had been professionally cleaned). The staff were also incredibly patronising, rude and unhelpful. This property also went on the market through Callaways with them knowing full well that the property had dormant bed bugs. Also when checking out they tried to deduct money off the deposit for damage done by a previous tenant, despite there being photo evidence.... Read more
