I have had a really great experience renting with Callaways; they are such a knowledgeable, supportive, kind, professional, courteous, personable, organised, and helpful team. I have felt very well looked after in terms of gas safety, electrical safety and fire safety; all certificates and reports are up to date; contractors are all very polite, friendly and professional. I have only ever had to report one repair and it was looked after really quickly and was totally stress-free. My flat is a happy, safe, good quality home that I enjoy living in.... Read more

Incredibly rude and unhelpful! Very patronising to tenants, late to reply to emails and will say something and then go against it a couple of weeks later. Just had a very aggressive phone call with them and I feel intimidated and now trapped in my contract.... Read more
