If any visits needs to be arranged i.e Flat inspection, I always got sufficient notice and there was never a problem to rearrange it to suit my schedule when I needed it. Amy Parry has been my primary contact since the beginning and I'm very grateful for her patience and the support. I also dealt with Matt & Sasha and again, efficient and prompt communication. Thank you Q team for your hard work.

They were all really friendly and easy to contact. I was also impressed with the fees as they seemed very competitive compared to other estate agents I tried. Really happy with the service. 8th Nov 2024 (4 weeks ago)We rented a flat for two years through Sawyer & Co and we had a great experience from the very first interaction. Mia was very helpful and resourceful throughout the beginning process and walked us through all our options. After renting we dealt with Tracey for everything relating to the flat, renewing the contract etc. and she was fantastic. Very helpful and always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. Throughout we had an excellent experience and would recommend Sawyers & Co if looking for an agency to find a place to rent

18th Aug 2024 (16 weeks ago)Mishon Mackay Hove did not come across as professional. As a Vendor, I would advise against this office. Melanie arrived late to the 2nd viewing, and then rushed us out of the house. Despite the Vendor informing Mishon Mackay of issues in the house, they did not declare this information to the buyers. When conveyancers revealed this information, Oliver and his team refused to take responsibility and the Vendor was forced to take the hit - they simply wanted the sale and commission without the work. Once the offer was received, different people were being involved in the sale. The only 2 people that knew their roles and communicated with the vendor and buyer were Sue and Holly.

I would absolutely recommend them, particularly if you're selling in the local area which they know inside-out. Thanks all!!
8th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)Highly recommend Weatherills. After trying to sell with two well known agents without success, we approached Kevin at Weatherills. During our first chat, it was clear that he offered good advice based on solid experience and knowledge. We soon had lots of viewings followed by a successful sale. My wife and I appreciated all the advice and guidance given. The communication with the staff was first class, particularly Emma who always kept us up to date and pushed things along for us. We appreciated the approach and professionalism of all the staff, and with their help and that of their recommendations for a solicitor, we are now getting settled in our new home since moving around 3 weeks ago. After tirelessly searching for available properties, we stumbled upon a delightful flat that caught our attention. 15th Nov 2024 (24 days ago)We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! 18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Trust me and trust these agents! Marc and Josh have been perfection personified. Thank you both - so much appreciated.

The team is lovely thoug Tom was dealing with case, he was so kind and patient with me with my weird work schedules its really difficult to find time for viewing but he made sure that my bookings was in my favour. I am really greatful for the wonderful service.

Michael and his team have been great! they slowed the process down and really tailored a strategy for me and my needs. If your looking for an agent that actually cares and does what they say they are going to do, call them!!
