Such a refreshing estate agents! These guys were the opposite of all the worst tropes that one can think of about estate agents. Thoughtful, supportive, considerate and, most importantly, ensured that my house sale went through efficiently. Their portal system to keep you updated on the progress of the sale is excellent and Emma at Prime Progression was a game changer. Why don't all estate agents do this!!
I have been recommending them to anyone who mentions they are selling a house locally.

As a woman in business, I have always valued professionalism, fairness, and flexibility, especially when dealing with other women in business. Unfortunately, my experience with this estate agent was anything but that. From the outset, it was clear they were not prepared to maintain the level of professionalism expected in a property transaction. Rather than work with understanding and adaptability, they demonstrated a rigid, biased attitude that was both unprofessional and disheartening.
What stood out most was their preference to lose a sale rather than deal with someone they seemingly found too challenging to accommodate. Instead of demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills, they chose to disengage, which raises questions about their ability to handle complex situations or clients with higher expectations.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, especially from women who should understand the importance of being unbiased and adaptable in business. In a competitive market, I would have expected more, but sadly, this agency fell far short of the mark. I would strongly advise potential clients to seek an estate agent that values professionalism and is capable of handling their needs with care and respect.

Having become a bit disillusioned with estate agents in Wales after trying to buy a property for a year, Cardigan Bay Properties were a breath of fresh air. They were keen to do viewings, they had all the relevant information about the properties and they were lovely to deal with. Once we'd made an offer, they followed up and facilitated the whole buying process so that it went smoothly. Hopefully we won't move house again for a long time but when we do, we wouldn't even consider using anyone but Cardigan Bay Properties to sell our house.

From the first interaction I found CBP warm, professional and easy to engage with. I spoke to a few agents in the area but feel CBP are head and shoulders above the competition. They’re very current in their thinking and know their customers, both sellers and buyers. The advice I received was reassuring and helpful. Great marketing of the property with lots of beautiful photos and a fantastic video walk through on the website generated lots of interest. They arranged accompanied viewings of the empty house, achieved our asking price. The sale was not without problems due issues at the othe end of the chain, but they were proactive in chasing up the other agents and solicitors and kept us well informed of progress every step of the way,

They happily answered any questions quickly (and as nervy first time buyers, there were LOTS of questions to answer!).
