Communication was excellent and the team immediately managed to secure a number of viewings for us. We were kept informed at all times. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Cardigan area.

15th Feb 2024 (9 mo. ago)I have used Morgan & Davies, both Aberaeron and Lampeter offices, several times over the past 21 years and they are, by far, the best in the area. They are efficient, professional and approachable. I wouldn't use anybody else to sell my property.

31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
