From our first meeting, to getting it on the market Hannah was efficient and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. Their photographer is excellent, taking as much time as necessary to capture the best aspects of the house. Once on the market, we received weekly reports and messages, including phone calls letting us know what they had been doing that week to promote our property. There was a refreshing honesty which gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property. Other estate agents may be cheaper, but you really do get what you pay for with Hannah and Phi.

Although for complicated reasons we didn't buy or sell with Carr Estates in the end, our experience with them was very positive. When we did a viewing with Phil we liked that he was not pushy at all and seemed like a really honest chap. We also found Hannah to be very professional, helpful and responsive.

One of the best estate agents we've worked with. We were kept informed throughout the whole process- including via Whatsapp which we found really helpful. Both Hannah and Phil were easy to talk to, approachable and very friendly. They made moving house really easy for us. We also received a house warming gift and card, which was a lovely surprise and was the cherry on top when we moved in - Highly Recommend :)
