From our first meeting, to getting it on the market Hannah was efficient and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. Their photographer is excellent, taking as much time as necessary to capture the best aspects of the house. Once on the market, we received weekly reports and messages, including phone calls letting us know what they had been doing that week to promote our property. There was a refreshing honesty which gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property. Other estate agents may be cheaper, but you really do get what you pay for with Hannah and Phi.

This is an easy review to write for what was a very difficult process.
Despite us (the purchasers) and the sellers being proactive, quick and honest, the usual solicitor shenanigans occurred. Solicitors not talking to each other, ignoring each other, ignoring their clients etc. In short, the solicitors made the process very difficult.
Hannah Carr was remarkable throughout. From initially showing us around the property, she was friendly, totally non-pushy and very quick with communications. That was the easy bit. Where she earned double her fee, in my opinion, was in dealing with the solicitors and other agents in the chain. Each and every one of them can learn something from her. They could put their clients first like Hannah does and keep their clients informed like Hannah does.
Easily the best estate agent I have dealt with. Buying or selling, Hannah makes the process infinitely easier than it could be. Even when dealing with very problematic solicitors and other estate agents.
Easily 5/5 stars. I would rate higher if I could.
Should my wife and I ever decide to sell our new home, we will use Hannah, no questions asked, no doubts in our minds.

Sale was agreed within three days of marketing but our search for a suitable property (50+ miles away) was tortuous, protracted and stressful. Hannah was an oasis of calm and patience and handled our (very patient) buyers’ expectations and uncertainty in a professional and competent manner. It was truly a pleasure to work with Hannah, she shows great Professionalism, is dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient. These are just a few attributes to describe Hannah. My wife and I had sold our house and were having the same trouble that many people our having around the country. Everything we liked, we could not afford or the house was too much of a compromise
Months earlier my wife and Hannah had spoken about a potential property that ended up not being right for us. Hannah did what most COMPETENT agents do……took our names and said she would call if she found something that fit what we were looking for. Almost all of the agents we spoke to were very competent. However, Hannah is not only COMPETENT but goes beyond being EXCEPTIONAL.
My wife and I were starting to accept there might not be a house that could replace ours, when we received a call from Hannah with an offer to look at a house prior to going to market and we are glad we did. We did not even make it home after the viewing before making an offer that would be accepted.

Personal, personable, and efficient... just brilliant! From our initial discussion and filming a walk-through video, through to completion, Hannah's personal approach has made us feel like we are her main priority.
