Sam and Lewis have both been great in my purchase through clarknewman. From the beginning when I messed up my viewing time on the property I have now bought they have been very accommodating and have been willing to chase up Solicitors, etc when I have been frustrated with the process! Following the viewing of a property we liked, Sam at Clarknewman stepped in to assist us with selling our existing home. He efficiently planned and booked viewings for a Saturday, while we went shopping. Of the 4 booked viewings, 2 offers emerged, and we accepted an offer.

The Team did a great job in advertising the house and getting viewers though the door, and BOOM; within 4 weeks the house was Sold Subject to Contracts.
The process from then on was relatively straight forward, and we completed within 5 months of the property going on the market.
