Viewing was booked quick, moved forward with the application quickly and they were helpful arranging this. Since moving in we noticed a small leak under the toilet, raised it with future let and was resolved promptly, no problems. It has been smooth so far with future let so lets give them 5 stars

We had a tenancy that had been going on for several years and had become more and more difficult and challenging as time progressed. Upon renewal we wished to terminate the tenancy and again this proved to be problematic.
However with the help, experience and expertise of Lorraine we managed to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. Her professionalism and responsiveness in guiding us through the maze of paperwork and steering us in the right direction was invaluable and definitely lowered the levels of stress we were feeling. I have been with Future Lets for over ten years and have built up a lot of trust in their skills and ability to manage my property well. They advise and guide and I feel always fully informed of everything that is going on or what needs to be done. They have processed a tenant for me that they felt would be best suited to my property and needs, and advised when they felt others, although meeting criteria, were less suitable... in other words they are not just looking to let, but to let to the right person. This a family business and I promise you you they are worth looking at if you wish to let , rent or sell.

Future Let is managing my property for nearly 10 years and they have been Excellent all through. They are always able to get good Verified tenants so my property has not been vacant for over a month. They remain on top of maintenance and regulatory issues on time. Regular inspections keep me updated on property.

I rented out my property with Future Let for approximately 6 years. All (minor) issues were resolved quickly and I was confident in relying on their knoweldge and experience.
I ended up also selling the property with them and it was as smooth and painfree as it could be.
I would definitely reccommend them for either renting or selling.

I went to Steve Bees at Future Let on a recommendation from another landlord and I'm glad I did.
Having had problems with a previous tenant I needed someone competent to find me a new tenant quickly.
Within 2 days Steve had a range of tenants for me to meet and within a week we had agreed on the right person for my property.
Future let have an excellent vetting programme to make sure you always get the right tenants for your property and all paperwork and contracts were taken care of by Steve quick and efficiently.
The tenant found by Future Let was moving back to the UK from Japan and because of Steves efficient processes all contracts were taken care of so that he could move straight in when he returned to the UK.
If your looking for a letting agent then give Future Let a try and speak to Steve Bees. By far the best letting agents I've dealt with.
