3rd Sep 2024 (9 days ago)We didn’t think of asking anyone else to sell our house, Paul Wallace had sold it to us originally along with every other house on a small new build estate, and done the resales in the 10 years since. We’d seen a house we wanted to buy and were keen to secure a sale in order to be proceed-able and put an offer in. We met Peter Gold from the Hoddesdon office and listened to his view on value, on other recent sales, and followed his advice on what level to price the house at in order to achieve our objective. He had a few viewings in a short space of time and then received an offer at asking price, his advice on value worked brilliantly. Peter and his team were superb throughout, often helping in the conveyancing process with queries and keeping us all on track with a level head and practical approach. I couldn’t recommend him and his team strongly enough.

I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
