Over the last couple of years my involvement as a building services company we are contracted Intercounty to look after all aspects of maintenance within there lettings. Intercounty are promt in payment.
This agent is not fair. They have a lot of undercover fees. My experience When I did sign my tenancy with them, They make harder day by day and day give me lot of stress and headaech to being peckish. Everybody need to be carefull with them, because They not that nice, how they show up.
The whole process of finding me a tenant and managing my property has so far been smooth and easy! I was recommended William H Brown from a colleague who had recently used them and I am very impressed with their enthusiasm and service. A big thank you to the team!!
The regional manager of William H Brown is Mr Hunt above. This is what gives Estate Agents bad names... Shame on you...
I couldn't have asked for better service than I received. Very attentive to needs and willing to go that extra mile for their clients. I would highly recommend them, very professional team.
If you're ever in the position where your agent attempts to sell your house to an un-mortgageable buyer and no one notices until after you have exchanged contracts (on both sides of your chain), you're then involved in months worth of legal issues, King Group WILL try to charge you their commission.. Change your contract wording to state commission becomes payable upon completion, not on exchange of contracts. Even though my contract was amended to state 'no sale, no fee' they are still perusing their fee. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to try and uphold our contract. Formal complaints have been submitted, complaints will also be submitted to The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Estate Agents.
