Kelsey's professionalism, friendly approach, and efficient communication made this process a breeze. We felt fully supported every step of the way, and when a minor issue arose with my bank security process, she promptly stepped in, providing all the necessary information and support to ensure everything was sorted out in time. Highly recommended!
26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

5th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

24th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team at Cole Harding are wonderful and professional, they go above and beyond and Gavin was able to get me good tenants quickly, making it so easy for me and removing the stress out of the process. I will always use this agency moving forward for both lettings and sales, and I can not recommend them enough.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
