Charles Peck are without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! The staff in the Chichester branch are some of the rudest I have come across Eleanor and Karen to be specific. They take weeks and even months to get anything sorted and rather than a nice polite phone call they’ll send you rude abrupt emails. I would stay well away from this shambles of an establishment and I personally will never be using them again.

I really cannot rate and recommend Charles, Rebecca and the entire team highly enough for how they dealt with the sale of my property. Consistently professional, helpful, efficient and courteous they got the job done and nothing was too much trouble for them. House buying and selling can be challenging at the best of times but they made it feel easy with experienced advice and personal attention to every detail. 6 stars and many many thanks!
