We used Kenton to sell our home recently. He also happened to be selling the house we ended up buying.
We thought going with a smaller firm might be a risk due to not having enough staff to deal with all the enquiries, but that was absolutely not the case. In fact, it turned out to be a huge advantage. As Kenton deals with all the properties, he knows them all inside and out, and you don’t get stuck with someone in the office who has no idea about the property you’re talking about.
He was professional and personal. His communication was excellent throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We used Kenton Budd to sell my aunt's house when she went into a care home. Given that we live 100 miles away and the pandemic prevented us from being very hands-on, we chose Kenton as he was friendly, very knowledgable, and experienced: much more reassuring than the other estate agent we interviewed. Our expectations were more than met: Kenton was extremely helpful throughout the process and went out of his way to make things run smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

We haven't actually moved yet, but our experience of Kenton Budd so far has been outstanding. We are first time buyers, so this is all new to us, but Kenton has gone above and beyond to answer our questions quickly, and give us advice. He's a really friendly guy and he made the viewing of the property a really pleasant experience, as did his wife when we went for a second viewing. If in the future we sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Kenton Budd as my agent, and I would highly recommend them if you want to sell your house and are looking for efficiency and professionalism, but with a personal touch. Thanks for all you've done for us so far. We really appreciate it. ?
