Charles Stratton went above and beyond helping us to remove troublesome tenants from our property.

For more than 1 week I have been dizzy to rent a 1-room flat in Barking without furniture, my demonstrable incom is 37k per year, we are 2 and a highly educated dog to be good for people who need animal as therapy. For now is just me working as my husband still has to move. I have historical of payments from the last years, references, employment contract, etc. I have seen the property 2 times and another 2 times they have confirmed that they are renting it to me and then not .. The fact of talking with Navi and you make a deal and then Daren calls you and he does not know any details about things you already explain several times ,they show lack of coordination , no interes and no professionalism .. If I were a landlord I would not trust to give you my property, and if I were a tenant, I would look for an other agency directly. Sorry, but my experience was very bad with you gays.

We recently purchased a buy to let property through Charles Stratton, dealing with Terry Merrifield. Terry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and personable. It really comes across that he wants to help and he actually cares. Been so nice dealing with him, and subsequently with Nav on the lettings side, that we've decided to use them for letting the property when it's been refurbished.

Daren and Nav provided a first class service letting my property. They acted quickly to find me a tenant, minimising the void period. They also provided advice and managed the decorating, electrical and gas works that were required.
