Moved into a rented property in May and have been extremely impressed so far with Cleeve Residential. They have been really responsive to all my calls and messages.
A couple of examples of the levels of service so far....
I reported something that needed to be fixed and it was repaired within 24 hrs. Another minor issue was spotted during that visit by the maintenance person they sent, that again was fixed the following day. Amazing! What more could you ask for?!?!
Super polite and helpful, to the point they went out of their way to help me sort out some stuff prior to me moving in!
I can therefore highly recommended using Cleeve Residential. The last time I rented a property (albeit 20 years ago and not with CR), it was not the same slick and helpful experience.

Bex at Cleeve Residential is fantastic to work with. A genuine person who isn't just pushing for a sale no matter what. We had a difficult time with a sale that fell through (CR were the agents for the house we wanted to buy) but Bex was wonderful and helped as much as she could. Our own sale fell through and we then decided to switch agents and use CR to sell our house. This again fell through for different reasons, but again Bex was brilliant and we would definitely use Cleeve Residential again when we eventually decide to try and sell our house again!

Sometimes some people or some companies put a foot print for the rest of your life. For me they are like that. Afer 22 years in london it was a big decision for me and my family to move in cheltenham. British muslim family so knew will not be easy to get property moreover with current policy 30 times [rent of the intersted property] salired payslip reuired and etc etc. Its took 2 month for me to get the accomodation and its all because of a person named Nicole Gibbins. After being treated quite .....by few other agent, and i knew from their approch towards me, no matter what what the reason was. Some of them never passed my details to the landlord for consideration. Not good practise to tell the name so im not going to disclose it. Whatever if i say the time she approch me at the property [first viewing] she was so positive, and i could feel at that very momnet she would not treat me on my background. Will not go in details, took 15 min with her, very nice honest answers, even ans me those questions which i was hesitate to asked. I liked the place do initial paper work for the landlord instantly, no online mail or call back to office kind of messing around. Then amazing timely communication between me and landlord. I recently sold my apartment with Cleeve Residential in Cheltenham town centre.
This was the fourth agency I'd used in about two years, and I was impressed at how quickly they could get viewings booked in with potential buyers, once I'd registered with them.
The staff that I dealt with (mainly Daisy) were brilliant! If there were any issues, I could always email or phone Daisy and a response was received promptly. There was a WhatsApp chat set up for the sale of my property at the outset, but to be honest this was barely used (we mostly spoke via emails and phone).
I'd highly recommend this team, they weren't overly expensive, their contract lengths were reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with.

Found the experience of buying a property with them extremely poor. I lost my first buyer due to the seller not finding a place after three months. I had Cleeve ringing me everyday until I found a new buyer or the seller was going to put the property back on the market. I managed to find a new buyer for my property after 3 days and told Cleeve. I then asked, could Cleeve give me a date when the seller was due to move out as I didnt want again to lose my new buyer. I was given a new date when the seller would be happy to move out by. One would of hoped after being on my case every day, they would of given the seller a nudge from time to time that the sale was going ahead. Instead after seven months of being strung along, the seller said due to a hospital diagnosis she wasnt working to a timescale. I had to withdraw and true to form the property was back up within the week at a price £13,000 higher than I agreed. A real nightmare

Worst letting agents had to deal with in 8 years of being a tenant. Their attitude towards getting tenant issues sorted is appalling, if I was the landlord paying their fees for a fully managed let I’d be requesting a refund these cowboys don’t know their a*** from their elbow! We got the issue sorted ourselves by going directly to the contractor who admitted he’d not been truthful with them but shouldn’t have come to that if they’d taken the appropriate action. I’ve worked in property myself for over 11 years and if I’d behaved in this manner I would have lost clients.

Dreadful. As a tenant they try and scam every bit of money of your deposit. Had to take mine to arbitration because they were so unreasonable. It’s worth doing because they sided with me and I eventually got most of my money back. Wouldn’t use this company for anything going forward

Just had a terrible experience with Cleeve Residential. I received a call back from a previous call that I had made to arrange a viewing at one of the houses that they had for sale. I requested a viewing for either first thing in the morning or after working hours. The girl I spoke to informed me they only do viewings between 9:45 amd 5:15. I asked if there was any way as a one off they could be flexible and do either slightly earlier of even push it back to 5:30. The response was "no, are you not able to come midday or just leave work early". I certainly will not be contacting Cleeve Residential again and more importantly I feel sorry for the people having their houses sold by Cleeve Residential, I'd be horrified if I found out my house had a potential buyer and I missed out because the seller wouldn't be flexible or willing enough to move a viewing back by a mere 15 minutes.
