Had three estate agents value property. Lowest was £340,000. Cook Residential was the highest at £370,000 which i felt was too high. I refused to let the asking price exceed 365,000.
Cook Residential has a go getter manager that does not sit around. Michelle Cook was up and at it contacting potential buyers and not waiting for Rightmove to do it for her. Day 1 on the market she she sold it for the full asking price. She was then utterly brilliant chasing solicitors to complete the sale process

Nothing like as good as they make out! Incomplete details of my property, poor photographs, questionable amount of effort spent on my business, they seemed to lose interest when the property did not sell quickly, was very close to ditching them, but they have a very long tie in period so i HAD to stay with them, the house eventually sold, but I would not use them again.
