I did find the staff very nice to start with but later I was harassed by the manager saying if I didn’t get on with things I would lose my buyer, of which he new nothing about, he did this twice, and caused me immense stress. He did how ever on one occasion apologise. As I walked out of the property and just left. I was also told I had looked at the property far too many times, and they would have to stop me from viewing until I had exchanged contracts, the property was empty for nearly two years, I didn’t understand what the issue was.they did how ever let my carpet cleaner go in and clean the carpets the day before completing, but when I moved in the following day all the windows had been locked tight and the windows were soaking wet, the place smelt awful. I think the manager needs to keep his opinions to himself, as I nearly pulled out of buying the property. I thought I might just ad I am not buying or selling for my Father, I’ve no idea who they are even referring to. Very disappointing company to deal with, I’ve been buying and selling for many years all over the country, never been treated like how the manager treated me.

could not have been more friendly and professional in helping my mum sell her home. Our situation was sensitive due to losing our dad and the team were very respectful of this. Simon came out and explained everything to us in a very friendly way he knew about all the properties in the area and knew his market well, mums house sold in just 2 weeks !!!
Communication throughout was excellent and if we were unsure about anything one of the team would be there to answer any questions for us. Thank you Simon, Sharon and Sarah for making a difficult situation easy.
