I’ve recently rented a property through Collinson hall and I must say the process to rent was very smooth, both Emma and Elizabeth was very helpful in the process and to answer any queries that I had. Improvement wise I suggest the check-in could have been slightly better as the person handing over the keys just handed over the keys and didn’t provide any detail about the house and how the appliances are operated.
