I wholeheartedly share the sentiments expressed in the previous review. I too found my experience with this agent deeply disappointing. It's evident that they do not prioritize tenant interests, which creates opportunities for landlords to exploit tenants, especially newcomers. Upon reflection, it's truly disheartening to see their inaction when they have access to crucial details. How can anyone really trust this agent after you hear more stories like this?

Never ask assistance from this agency as they will just waste your time. Accepted my offer even they new that vendor is proceeding with another buyer and did not tell me the truth. Lost two months waiting for nothing. They are always on holidays or on important meeting/call.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! As someone who is new in looking to rent and just needed some advice, this team were perfect. I was dealt with completely professionally and with the upmost respect and a lot of patience! Allison in particular was fantastic, gave me great tips and helped cater to exactly what I wanted. Definitely can say go straight to them.

this should be 0 Star and NEVER EVER ask assistance from this agency as they will just waste your time and you'll end up spending more money.
We were proactive in asking about our move as they rarely send us update but keeps promising that everything is alright and even advised us that the move is confirmed as we have paid the deposit therefore we have scheduled the move. Unfortunately, Allison called us a day before our move and said that our move will not happen. We came from Scotland so we had to pay more money because we had to find a temporary place to store our things and move it again as we became homeless because of their incompetence. They also didn't have the decency to help us find another place that we can rent and no compensation were given because as per Allison "its not our fault but the landlord".
Please, for your own sake. DONT GO TO CONNELS.

Keep away from Connells St Albans do not commit to a contract with them....my second bad experience with this Company . On Open Day we had to do the viewing ourselves the manager told us you wont need to be in the house I will be there in person .Well he did not attend . A young lady arrive and we told her ok we are going she reply !OH! "But I do not know anything about this property" Our property was with Connells for 3 months and they only managed to arrange 3 viewings . When we try to call to speak to the manager he was always in a meeting

Abbi down at the St.albans Branch is one of the best down to earth Agents ive ever come across . The help and advice she provided me with was excellent and really helped when it came to selling my property aswell as finding a new one with a mortgage. I really recommend if you go to the branch in st albans center speak to Abbi , shes a star .

I have dealt with several estate agents in the past few years and I have to say for all the people I know in Connells St.albans are very professional and very friendly. I want to say thank you to you all, Lewis, Abbi, Jamie, Emma, and the other gentleman I can’t recall his name.
