Complete RPI have written to me saying I have agreed to something that I had no knowledge of; Re-reimbursing the tenants for something they have broken. They also have a very simple portal which my wife has been waiting 2 years to get access to. We have had such bad service that we have given notice to leave. Our new agent has asked if we can get out of the 3 month notice but we have been advised that there would be a fee to leave prematurely. We have asked for the amount in four separate emails. Although we received a reply, they are unable to give us an amount. This is so straightforward; I do get the impression that they make it up as they go along. The building on their website seems fake too. It looks like the words Complete RPI has been badly pasted on a building using software.... Read more

Company used to be ok. Very high turnover of staff which reflects in service as they have obvoiusly have poor knowledge transfer. Recently needed some questions answering. Wrote 5 emails to them over 2 weeks. Only got a reply when cc'd the MD. They never seem to be able to answer questions directly so this shows a lack of knowlwdge, they mostly say they will investigate but never do until prompted again... Read more

All went well until Complete RPI took over management. Paid for nagging to be done, drove 4 hours round trip to carry out my own snagging too. Asked for a report to say work had been completed and was told there wasn't one.... Read more
