You will never meet a more professional and conscientious estate agent. Always kept us informed northing was too much trouble. Incredibly supportive especially as the property was being sold from a distance. He looked after the empty house checking regularly to ensure all was ok. We feel incredibly let down by the way we have been treated by this agent. According to this agent's website you need - when buying or selling - an agent who will listen and lend advice. In our experience any request for such advice appeared to be too much trouble. At one stage we were threatened with extra charges if the other agent continued to call them for updates, and incredibly there was no communication to advise us exchange had taken place, nor completion, let alone the handover process. We were also verbally abused on the phone with personal and highly unkind voice messages. Would definitely not recommend.... Read more

We have been very pleased with James Ramsey estate agents. The photos that were done were amazing, Paul from the start was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and very positive, he showed potential buyers round every time and had asked us loads of questions at the very beginning so knew answers that were likely to be asked, he got to know the house so would put the right lights on as necessary to show it of to its best advantage. He would phone us with feedback as soon as the viewers had gone which was amazing, He got in more viewers in 6 weeks than one of the big companies did in 14 weeks and he got a buyer in that time we are more than happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him every time, he was recommended to us also....
